Prepare a useful question, accessibility report, or correction without submitting your reading list.

Send the minimum needed

For a tool problem, identify the tool, browser, device, steps tried, and expected result. A small invented example is usually enough. Do not include passwords, reading-account details, private files, full reading histories, or sensitive information. For a calculation concern, include the input assumptions and the result you think is wrong.

For accessibility feedback, describe the page, action, assistive technology if relevant, and the barrier you encountered. For a rights concern, identify the specific site text or feature at issue and explain the concern with a short example.

A draft is not a submitted message

The draft builder works on this device and creates no support ticket. If the site owner configures a public email, an Open email app action lets your own mail application prepare a message. You decide whether to send it; your email provider’s policies then apply. Without a configured address, the page offers a local draft to save and use through a separately verified contact channel.

Nothing is sent merely by preparing a draft. There is no guaranteed delivery or response time. The operator cannot recover browser-only lists, access another person’s local storage, remove copies of text files you shared.
